1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., hair extensions, wigs, or dreadlocks)

2. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at vnddy788@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  4. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
